From Job Sites to a Family Business
It started back in 2008 — hands-on, on job sites across New York, learning the trade as a painter and handyman. Over the years that experience grew into more than 2,000 completed projects, along with a stretch leading jobs for a home-improvement company.
In 2023, we brought all of that know-how into a family business of our own: 123 Property Care. The idea was simple — combine real craftsmanship with the kind of honest, personal service you only get from a small local team that actually cares how the job turns out.
We're creative problem-solvers who genuinely enjoy the work, especially the tricky jobs other crews walk away from. And there's no better feeling than the final walkthrough, when a customer sees the finished result and smiles.
